Shots Fired; Suspect In Custody

10:27 am EST March 17, 2006 ATLANTA -- The Atlanta Police Department now have a suspect in custody who is suspected of firing several shots this morning.Police and SWAT team members surrounded the West Hampton Court Apartments in Northwest Atlanta.Officials say they had reports of shots fired just after 7 a.m.Apartment residents say they were not allowed to leave their apartments during the situation.The police were able to apprehend the suspect just before 10:30 a.m.
