Racism in todays world

Well the co. I work for fired a supervisor on Friday because of racial issues... He wasn't outwardly racist toward me or verbally that I could hear... cept one time right before I started working here....He made a comment about apt. complexes in the area and which ones NOT to live in because of certain types of people currently living there.... there were many other people that had different experiences with him and I can not comment on them... He is a older fellow and grew up in a different time then I did(which was one of the org. excuses the other supervisors used when it was first brought to there attention)... But age no reason... There is no reason or excuse for racism at all in today's world...

for once I am proud of the co. I work for... for standing up and not tolerating any type of racism at all....
